The StyleTap support pages have been updated in preparation for the upcoming release of v1.0 of StyleTap Platform. In addition to an updated user interface, the most important change is that users are required to verify their email address to open and manage their support tickets. This should reduce the amount of spam we are forced to handle and allow us to spend more time on your support issues.
The new site at http://styletap.helpserve.com/index.php
has been updated with most of the support tickets from the previous site. (Recent tickets opened in the last few days will be migrated shortly.) All new support tickets must be opened in the new site, as the old site will be shut down in the next few days.
Please check any saved links you might have into the old site, and update them to point to the new site.
